My stay at Eme Catedral Mercer Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location is fantastic, directly across from the cathedral, which made exploring the city a breeze. I loved the vibe in the rooftop bar, but the noise from it was quite disruptive during the night, preventing me from getting a restful sleep. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and stylish decor but felt let down by some room amenities that could have been better.

Rooms

My room was stylish and fairly clean, but it felt quite small and lacked sufficient amenities. I found it difficult to manage my suitcase in there, and the noise from the rooftop bar kept me up at night, despite the windows being closed.
Service
7.0
The staff were warm and eager to help, making my experience better with their friendly approach. However, some services were less than ideal, such as issues with the room safe that took a while to resolve.
Location

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, steps away from both the cathedral and Alcázar. It was great to have so many restaurants and bars nearby, giving me a taste of local Spanish life.
Dining
7.0
While I enjoyed the breakfast, the rooftop bar cocktails were overpriced at 15 euros and the service there left something to be desired. Dining options around were plentiful, though, which made up for some of the shortcomings.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and the cleanliness was impressive; however, the spa services were just okay, lacking a sauna, and my experience with room service was not at par with expectations.

I had a lovely stay at the Eme Catedral Mercer Hotel, especially enjoying the stunning rooftop views of the Cathedral and the fun atmosphere of the bar. The staff were friendly and attentive, though I found the noise from the rooftop bar excessive at times. My room was well-appointed and comfortable, but the layout felt a bit quirky, with some functionality issues like insufficient sound insulation. Overall, it was a nice experience with some room for improvement.

However, the service left much to be desired; there were constant miscommunications and staff incompetence that seriously impacted my stay. Overall, I appreciated the charming atmosphere and stylish decor, but the service issues make it hard for me to fully recommend this hotel.

My stay at Eme Catedral Mercer Hotel was nice, thanks to its stunning rooftop views and fantastic location right across from the Cathedral. However, I did encounter a few communication issues regarding breakfast charges and spa reservations that were frustrating, especially given the high standards I expected. Overall, the blend of modern aesthetics in a historic setting, combined with quality dining options, made for a worthwhile experience despite some drawbacks.

The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering amazing views and a vibrant atmosphere. The spa facilities were lovely but lacked proper communication about booking times, which reduced the relaxing experience.
